Hampton Roads Youth Foundation

The mission of the Hampton Roads Youth Foundation is to cultivate, develop, and manage programs which enhance and enrich the lives of at-risk children in Hampton Roads, Virginia area by promoting academic excellence, social responsibility and community service. Using sports as a metaphor for life, the Hampton Roads Youth Foundation (HRYF) strives to serve as a catalyst for academic success and responsible citizenship.

 Gearshift’s Emmy Award Winning Producer, Don Napoleon & Cinematographer Jim Folliard made the trip to hampton Roads, VA to cover the Annual Hampton Roads Youth Foundation Football Camp with Superbowl Coach, Mike Tomlin of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
